My name is Christian, a software engineer from Switzerland.

I created this page to share things outside the social media bubble.

You will see blog posts on my journey to take back the control of my data and reduce my digital footprint.

Photography, mountaineering, and traveling belong to my most beloved non-technical activities. Stories of travels and some of my photographs will show up here.

Computers, programming, and a wide range of IT related interests fill out my daily life. I earn my living as a software engineer, doing Scala backend development while still finding my way into functional programming. Occasionally, I work on side projects programming microcontrollers with C++ to process environmental data.
